Assessing an activity and seeing the result are free. Pay for a short or full PIA when you need one, or choose an annual plan.
Free to assess
Describe an activity, confirm what Preflight understood, answer the questions and see the rating, the recommended changes and the penalty exposure, all without paying. A threshold record, for activities that need no full PIA, is always free.
One PIA at a time
Short PIA: $290. Full PIA: $790. Each is a complete PIA document sized to the activity and built on lawyer-reviewed rules, as a printable page and an editable Word file, with a sign-off block and a register entry. Buy it from the result page when you need it.
Team: $2,400 a year
Up to 25 PIAs a year, of any size, for organisations with a steady flow of change. Includes the PIA register, law checks on saved PIAs and one-click reassessment when the law moves.
Organisation: $9,600 a year
Unlimited PIAs across the organisation, with the register and law checks across your whole library. Suited to health services, education providers, councils and technology businesses that assess change every week.
For privacy consultants and law firms
Advisers use Preflight as customers on the same plans: run the assessment, review it under your own professional judgment, and deliver the PIA to your client. Preflight is decision support, not legal advice.

The fine print
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not charged: Universal Dividend Group Pty Ltd is not registered for GST. Annual plans renew yearly and can be cancelled before renewal.
